Member of Moroccan delegations in about twenty UN sessions, seven OAU sessions (current/became AU), and numerous inter-parliamentary organisations’ sessions.

He has been remarkably honoured to represent His Majesty the King Mohammed VI during the Ceremonies of nomination of:
