PAM updated study on Covid-19 Vaccination Programs

As part of PAM’s commitment to supporting the global response to COVID-19, enabling fast and direct access to the latest available research, evidence and data, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) shared, on 22 January 2021, a study entitled “Updated briefing on COVID-19 vaccination”. This new paper is a follow-up to the previous work on “Covid - 19 Vaccine” by Prof. Mukesh Kapila, PAM Senior Medical Advisor.

Purpose of this briefing is to provide delegates with the latest information in relation to either the vaccines already released for mass vaccination campaigns, or those that have reached the final clinical development stage. In line with WHO’s recommendations, PAM encourages its Member States to ensure broad and rapid national vaccination programs, with the aim to cover at least two thirds of their resident populations.
